- Limit one Full-Size pickup truck payload per household. (Approximately 8’x4’x4′)
- Unpermitted items may be liable for penalties under civil and/or criminal codes. PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY:
- City of Fresno customers must be present and provide City of Fresno Utility Bill or a multifamily flyer AND a State-issued ID.
