Camp Pashayan is under the ownership of the State of California, managed by the Department of Fish and Wildlife and the San Joaquin River Conservancy. Typically, it’s open seasonally, but due to the construction of the High-Speed Rail bridge and limited funding for the Conservancy, it’s currently closed to the public. We will let you know when this is open.
