ClovisFest & Hot Air Balloon Event
Start the day watching colorful hot air balloons lift off over Clovis at sunrise, then stroll 12 blocks of Old Town Clovis filled with 200+ arts, crafts, and vendor booths. This family-friendly festival, now in its 51st year, features live music, an International Village, a beer garden, local food, and the Made in Clovis Marketplace & Children’s Business Fair. Tethered balloon rides are available for purchase (first come, first served; weather permitting).
When: Annually in late September (2026: Sept 26–27), 8 AM – 5 PM
Balloon launch: About 6:30 AM at the Clovis Rodeo Grounds
