All refunds for event tickets must be handled directly by the event organizer. FresnoToDo.com is not responsible for event changes or cancellations.
2. Premium Listings & Advertising
All premium listings and advertising purchases are final and non-refundable once published. Exceptions apply only in cases of duplicate billing or system error.
3. Refund Requests
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days to admin@fresnotodo.com.
